Depositary/membership of ICA 2007

Procedures for membership

At its 106th and 107th Sessions in March and September 2011, the Council respectively approved Resolution 447 establishing procedures for accession to the 2007 Agreement and Resolution 448, extending the deadline for thet deposit of instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval until 30 September 2012.
