Integrated management of the Coffee Berry Borer
The coffee berry borer is probably the world’s most serious insect pest of coffee and has caused heavy losses costing millions of dollars worldwide.  The project promotes sustainable development by introducing an effective integrated pest management system and reducing the use of chemical pest control methods.  It will also enhance productivity and competitiveness through producing higher quality coffee and reducing production losses.
