processing practices
Improving the production of quality coffees, which command premium prices, through improved methods of primary processing by farmer groups/associations at the village level (enhanced wet semi-washed processing or sun-drying methods). This will lead to an increase in income generation, thereby improving the livelihoods of small-scale coffee farmers and their families.
