Enhancement of quality in coffee by prevention of mould formation

The project will establish and disseminate guidelines for coffee production, harvesting, processing, storage and transport to avoid situations leading to the formation of mould in coffee.  This will promote production of good quality coffee, and thus increase export earnings.
